Butterfly Gandhimathi appliances board to meet on November 4 for Q2 results

Butterfly Gandhimathi Appliances Limited has announced its board of directors will meet on Tuesday, November 4, 2025. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year period ended September 30, 2025, which will be accompanied by the limited review report from the auditors. Following the board's conclusion, the unaudited financial results will be submitted to the stock exchanges and published in newspapers, in accordance with SEBI LODR regulations.

In adherence to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company’s code of conduct, the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will remain closed for designated persons from October 1, 2025.
