Biocon to meet investors, amends employee welfare trust

Biocon Limited will participate in the Nomura Asian Credit Corporate Day 2025 on October 17, 2025, in Bengaluru. The company's management will hold virtual group meetings with analysts and institutional investors, confirming it will not disclose any unpublished price sensitive information (UPSI) during these engagements.

In a related development, Biocon has amended its India Limited Employees Welfare Trust Deed. Effective October 8, 2025, Renuka Ganesh resigned as a trustee. Maninder Kapoor Puri has been appointed as a new trustee, effective October 9, 2025.

Following these changes, the board of trustees will consist of Krishnachar Nandakumar and Maninder Kapoor Puri from October 9, 2025, onward. This marks the sixth amendment to the trust deed since its inception in 2001.
