Bhageria Industries launches new chemical production, expands H-acid capacity

Bhageria Industries Limited announced the commercial production of new "Plasticizers & Ethoxylates" on October 8, 2025, following a Consent to Operate from the Maharashtra Pollution Control Board on October 7, 2025. These new plasticizers are designed to improve flexibility and durability in PVC for various applications, targeting both domestic and international markets.

Concurrently, Bhageria Industries plans to expand its H-Acid production capacity at its Tarapur facility from 400 metric tonnes per month (MT/M) to 500 MT/M, with completion expected within six months. This expansion, costing an estimated ₹5 crore funded via internal accruals, is projected to add approximately ₹50-55 crore to annual revenue, addressing growing demand in the dyes and pigments sector.

These initiatives underscore Bhageria's strategic focus on portfolio diversification, operational excellence, and demand-driven growth in high-potential chemical segments. Founded in 1989, the Mumbai-headquartered company manufactures dyes, intermediates, and specialty chemicals for various industries, emphasizing innovation and sustainable practices.
