Bank of Maharashtra to hold board meeting for Q2 FY2026 results

Bank of Maharashtra will hold a board meeting on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, in Pune, to consider and approve the unaudited (reviewed) standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. This is in accordance with SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.

In conjunction with the financial results announcement, the bank has scheduled a conference call with analysts and institutional investors on the same day, October 14, 2025, at 04:15 PM IST. The call will discuss the bank's corporate performance for the second quarter and first half of fiscal year 2026.

Additionally, the trading window for dealing in the bank’s securities has been closed from October 1, 2025, for directors, designated persons, and their immediate relatives, as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. It will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.
