Artson board to meet October 16 to approve Q2 results

Artson Limited has informed BSE that its board of directors will convene on Thursday, October 16, 2025. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the un-audited financial results for the second quarter, which concluded on September 30, 2025. This intimation is made pursuant to Regulation 29 (2) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

In adherence to the "Tata Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading and Code of Corporate Disclosure Practices," Artson Limited has also announced a trading window closure. The trading window for dealing in company securities closed on September 23, 2025, and will remain closed until 48 hours after the public announcement of the aforementioned un-audited financial results.
