Arihant Superstructures appoints Sheetal Bhilkar as independent director

Arihant Superstructures Limited announced the appointment of Ms. Sheetal Bhilkar as an additional director, categorized as non-executive and independent director. The appointment, effective from October 9, 2025, is for a period of five consecutive years, concluding on October 8, 2030, and is subject to shareholder approval. Ms. Bhilkar is not liable to retire by rotation and is unrelated to any existing director of the company.

Ms. Bhilkar brings over 30 years of experience in the construction and engineering industry. She is the founder, director & CEO of Urja Building Services Consultants Pvt. Ltd., holding a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from SBM College of Engineering and Technology, Mumbai, and has completed education at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. She is also the founder of the Real Woman Global Community and The Real Woman Awards, and has served as VP of NAREDCO Mahi.

The company confirmed that Ms. Bhilkar is not debarred from holding a directorship by any SEBI order or other authority. This appointment adheres to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
