Uniparts India board to consider special interim dividend

Uniparts India Ltd. is scheduled to hold a Board of Directors meeting on Monday, October 13, 2025. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the declaration of a Special Interim Dividend, along with fixing the record date for the same.

In accordance with the Uniparts India Limited Code of Conduct, the trading window for equity share transactions by designated persons and their immediate relatives has been closed since October 1, 2025. This restriction will remain in effect until Wednesday, October 15, 2025 (inclusive) or 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2025, whichever occurs later.
