Tejas Networks launches Ojas64 64T64R massive MIMO radio

Tejas Networks announced today, October 8, 2025, the launch of its next-generation 64T64R Massive MIMO (Multiple Input Multiple Output) Radio, Ojas64, at IMC 2025 in New Delhi. This 5G Macro radio can deliver up to 320W of output power, achieve multi-gigabit speeds, and provide double-digit spectral efficiency gains while reducing its carbon footprint. The product was unveiled by shri Jyotiraditya Scindia, union minister of communications.

The Ojas64 has been fully conceptualized, designed, and manufactured in India. It employs innovative hardware and software designs, along with patent-pending algorithms, to enhance network capacity, coverage, and energy efficiency. The radio is compliant with global 3GPP and O-RAN standards.
