SML Isuzu officially renamed SML Mahindra

SML Isuzu Limited announced today that it has officially changed its name to SML Mahindra Limited, effective October 8, 2025. The Registrar of Companies, Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), approved the name change, following earlier intimations on August 1, August 19, and September 26, 2025.

This amendment to the company’s name also extends to its Memorandum and Articles of Association. A fresh Certificate of Incorporation, confirming the new name SML Mahindra Limited, has been issued by the MCA.

The company's Corporate Identification Number (CIN) remains L50101PB1983PLC005516. The change is in compliance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
