Pidilite board to meet for second-quarter financials

Pidilite Industries Limited announced its board of directors will convene on Thursday, October 30, 2025. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the second quarter, which concluded on September 30, 2025. This intimation is in accordance with Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
