Paradeep Phosphates scheme of arrangement sanctioned

Paradeep Phosphates Limited (PPL) held a board meeting on October 8, 2025, to formally acknowledge the sanction of its composite scheme of arrangement. The National Company Law Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, issued the sanction order on September 26, 2025, for the arrangement involving Mangalore Chemicals & Fertilizers Limited, PPL, and their respective shareholders and creditors.

The scheme will become effective upon the filing of certified copies of the sanction orders by both PPL and the Transferor Company with the Registrars of Companies in Cuttack and Bengaluru. These orders were passed by the National Company Law Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, and Bengaluru Bench, respectively. This update follows previous disclosures made by PPL on September 26, 2025, April 28, 2025, February 27, 2025, and November 25, 2024.
