Nucleus Software names Ashok Kumar Bhura new cfo

Nucleus Software Exports Ltd. announced the appointment of Ashok Kumar Bhura as its new chief financial officer, effective October 1st, 2025. Bhura will lead the company's financial strategy, governance, and sustainable growth initiatives as Nucleus Software expands its global presence.

Bhura brings over 25 years of experience in finance operations, strategic transformation, and business performance management. His background includes senior leadership roles at Bharti Airtel Limited, where he served for 18 years as vice president - head financial reporting and chief risk officer. Earlier in his career, he held head of finance at Binaykia Group and finance controller at The Oodlabari Co Ltd. Bhura is a chartered accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from St. Xavier's College, Kolkata.

This appointment is expected to bolster Nucleus Software's commitment to strong governance, robust financial planning, and delivering sustainable value to stakeholders.
