Narayana Hrudayalaya establishes UK step-down subsidiary

On October 8, 2025, Narayana Hrudayalaya Limited announced the incorporation of Narayana Hrudayalaya UK Ltd. This new entity, established under the laws of the United Kingdom, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Health City Cayman Islands Ltd. (HCCI), which is itself a wholly-owned overseas subsidiary of Narayana Hrudayalaya. Narayana Hrudayalaya UK Ltd. will operate as a holding company to explore potential future investments in geographies outside of the Cayman Islands.

The newly incorporated company has a paid-up share capital of £1000, fully subscribed in cash by HCCI. As a direct subsidiary of HCCI, Narayana Hrudayalaya UK Ltd. is considered a related party to Narayana Hrudayalaya Limited.

Being a newly established company, Narayana Hrudayalaya UK Ltd. has yet to commence business. This strategic move aims to facilitate further international expansion and investment opportunities for Narayana Hrudayalaya.
