The company received an order from the Income Tax Authority, specifically the CIT(A), which confirmed the demand in these cases has been reduced to nil. This update follows earlier communications from July 30, 2024.

The resolution pertains to assessment orders issued by the Income Tax Department under Section 143(3) of the Income Tax Act, 1961. The company noted yesterday, October 7, 2025, that the order reflecting this favorable outcome was available on the Income Tax Authority portal.
