Kirloskar Electric extends Hubli property sale agreement for 24 months

Kirloskar Electric Company Limited (KECL) has extended the validity of its agreement to sell a significant immovable property in Hubli, Karnataka. The company announced on October 8, 2025, that it entered into a supplementary agreement extending the original Principal Agreement to Sell, dated October 3, 2022, for an additional 24 months from the execution date of the new agreement.

The property in question spans 31 acres and 24 guntas, equivalent to 127,880.65 square meters, and includes land in various survey numbers at Gokul Road, Hubli. The transaction involves YUVRAJ CORPORATION LLP as the proposed purchaser, confirmed not to be a promoter, promoter group, or group company.

This supplementary agreement focuses solely on extending the validity of the previous accord, with no changes to the initial consideration or other terms of the sale. KECL confirmed that this transaction does not qualify as a related party transaction.
