IREDA board to meet for Q2 and half-year financials

The Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency (IREDA) has announced that its board of directors will hold a meeting on Tuesday, October 14, 2025. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025.

In accordance with SEBI regulations, IREDA's trading window for dealing in company securities closed on October 01, 2025. It will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results for the period ending September 30, 2025. This closure was previously communicated to the stock exchange.
