IRB Infrastructure names Anil Kumar Yadav CEO for business development & investment

IRB Infrastructure Developers Limited announced the promotion of Anil Kumar Yadav to chief executive officer – business development & investment, effective October 8, 2025. This decision was approved by the company's board of directors at a meeting held on the same date. Yadav will also be designated as a key managerial personnel of the company.

Yadav brings extensive experience to his new role, having been with IRB for 18 years, during which he held various key positions, including group chief financial officer. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (Senior Management Program), and holds a bachelor's degree in law and a master's degree in commerce from the University of Mumbai. His career spans over 22 years in finance, strategy, and corporate leadership.
