Insolation Energy forms new subsidiary for solar power plant expansion

Insolation Energy Ltd. announced the incorporation of a new wholly owned step-down subsidiary, MGNJ Green Infra Private Limited, on October 8, 2025. This new entity will serve as a special purpose vehicle for establishing solar power plants, aligning with the company’s strategic objectives in renewable energy.

MGNJ Green Infra Private Limited has an authorized share capital of INR 100,000, divided into 10,000 equity shares of INR 10 each. These shares will be entirely subscribed by Insolation Green Energy Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Insolation Energy. The new subsidiary will focus on the development, erection, installation, operation, and maintenance of solar power plants, including comprehensive operations and maintenance for rooftop solar photovoltaic power projects.

The incorporation, effective October 8, 2025, positions Insolation Energy to expand its operational capabilities and project pipeline in the green energy domain. The disclosure was made in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
