Inox Wind seeks shareholder approval for independent director appointment

Inox Wind Limited announced a postal ballot, to be conducted via e-voting, for shareholders to consider the appointment of Ms. Madhurima Sayan Das as an independent director. Ms. Das was appointed as an additional director by the board on September 4, 2025, for an initial one-year term, effective September 5, 2025. This resolution will be passed as a special resolution.

The remote e-voting period for this postal ballot will commence on Thursday, October 9, 2025, at 9:00 A.M. (IST) and conclude on Friday, November 7, 2025, at 5:00 P.M. (IST). The cut-off date for eligibility to vote is Friday, October 3, 2025. Results are expected to be declared on or before Tuesday, November 11, 2025.

Ms. Madhurima Sayan Das, 54, holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, and brings over 30 years of experience in financial advisory services, including mergers and acquisitions. She currently holds directorships in unlisted companies: Roebuck Consultancy Services Private Limited and Fox & Mandal Consultancy Solutions Private Limited. She will receive sitting fees for attending board and committee meetings, as approved by the board.
