Indosolar board to review financial results, trading window closed

Indosolar Limited has informed the National Stock Exchange of India and BSE Limited that a board meeting is scheduled for Friday, October 10, 2025. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the standalone unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. The board will also review and take on record the limited review report accompanying these results.

In compliance with insider trading regulations, Indosolar Limited has closed its "trading window" for directors, key management personnel, designated persons, and their immediate relatives/connected persons. This closure commenced on Wednesday, October 01, 2025, and will remain in effect until the end of 48 hours following the declaration of the standalone unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025.
