IDBI Bank independent director steps down after two terms

Shri Bhuwanchandra Balkrishna Joshi has ceased to be an independent director on the Board of IDBI Bank Ltd., effective October 8, 2025. This cessation follows the completion of his two terms as an independent director.

The announcement was made by Jyothi Biju Nair, company secretary for IDBI Bank Ltd. The notice, dated October 8, 2025, was addressed to the Manager (Listing) at both BSE Ltd. and the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd.

The bank requested this intimation be taken on record in accordance with the provisions of Regulations 30 & 51 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
