ICRA board to meet for Q2 and half-year financial results

ICRA Limited has announced that its board of directors will hold a meeting on Tuesday, October 28, 2025. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the second quarter and half-year period ending September 30, 2025.

This intimation was made pursuant to Regulation 29 and other applicable regulations of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended. The announcement was communicated to both the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
