Delta Corp to announce Q2 and H1 2025 financial results

Delta Corp Limited has scheduled a board of directors meeting for Wednesday, October 15, 2025. The primary agenda includes considering, approving, and taking on record the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025.

In compliance with a letter dated September 26, 2025, the trading window for Delta Corp shares will remain closed. This closure will extend for 48 hours following the communication of the financial results to the stock exchanges.

The announcement was made by Dilip Vaidya, company secretary & vice president - secretarial, and disseminated to both the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and BSE Ltd.
