Cummins India announces postal ballot results for director appointments

Cummins India Limited informed stock exchanges on October 8, 2025, about the proceedings of its postal ballot notice dated August 7, 2025. The company sought approval from members for the appointment of two directors.

The postal ballot included an ordinary resolution for the appointment of Thierry Bruno Pimi Nouyeuwe as a non-executive and non-independent director. Additionally, a special resolution was proposed for the appointment of Vibha Paul Rishi as a non-executive independent director.

The remote e-voting facility was open from September 8, 2025, to October 7, 2025. Pramodkumar Ladda of M/s Ladda Bhutada & Associates was appointed as the scrutinizer for the process. The results, once received from the scrutinizer, will be declared on the company's website and submitted to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited.
