Carysil subsidiary renamed to Carysilnox Limited

Carysil Limited has informed stock exchanges about the change in the name of its subsidiary, effective October 8, 2025. The subsidiary, formerly known as Carysil Steel Limited, will now operate under the new name Carysilnox Limited. This change aims to better reflect the subsidiary's evolving business and to build a modern, design-led, and internationally relevant image.

The rebranding initiative complies with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The necessary statutory formalities for this name change have been duly approved by the registrar of companies. Carysil Limited has requested that both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited take this information on record.
