Birlasoft appoints Komal Jain as Americas CEO

Birlasoft Ltd, part of the multibillion-dollar CKA Birla Group, announced the appointment of Komal Jain as chief executive officer - Americas, effective October 8, 2025. Based in Dallas, Texas, Jain will spearhead Birlasoft's business operations across the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Latin America. Her mandate includes accelerating growth, enhancing client partnerships, and shaping the company's innovation agenda.

Jain brings over two decades of leadership experience in technology, business strategy, sales, global marketing, and entrepreneurship. Prior to Birlasoft, she served as senior vice president and head of the high-tech, media, and entertainment vertical at Infosys. She holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a bachelor's degree in electronics engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra.
