Asahi India Glass credit rating upgraded by Crisil

Asahi India Glass Ltd. informed stock exchanges on October 8, 2025, about the upgrade of its credit rating by Crisil Ratings, effective October 7, 2025. This upgrade applies to the company's bank facilities.

The long-term rating for Asahi India Glass has been upgraded to Crisil AA-/Stable from Crisil A+/Stable. Concurrently, the short-term rating has been revised to Crisil A1+ from Crisil A1. The announcement was signed by gopal ganatra, executive director, general counsel & company secretary.
