Aditya Birla Capital unveils AI-first strategy, new features on ABCD platform

Aditya Birla Capital Limited (ABCL) announced on October 8, 2025, the launch of new AI-powered features and innovations on its ABCD platform at the Global Fintech Fest 2025. This initiative is part of the company's mission to simplify finance and deliver hyper-personalized customer experiences. ABCL established an enterprise-wide Gen AI Centre of Excellence in 2023 and has since deployed over 22 live Gen AI use-cases, scaling innovations in growth, productivity, engagement, and experience within 18 months.

The company introduced SimpliFi, a personal finance assistant with seven AI-powered features offering personalized insights into credit, health, and spending via the MyTrack section. This includes Market Pulse, Smart Signals, and Goal Compass for market intelligence and multi-asset planning. Additionally, the "Know Your Policy" feature decodes health insurance policies, and "Protection Amplified" offers 360-degree protection with health-track, health-saver card benefits, and digital will services.

ABCL also unveiled ConseQuest, a life-simulation game designed for financial education. The company reported significant growth from FY22 to FY25, with its lending book growing at a 33% CAGR from INR 67,185 crore to INR 1,57,404 crore. Gross premium in health and life insurance businesses increased by 23% CAGR from INR 13,867 crore to INR 25,579 crore. Consolidated PAT grew from INR 1,545 crore to INR 3,142 crore, and operating profits doubled from INR 2,666 crore to INR 5,475 crore.
