WF Asian funds divest stake in CMS Info Systems

WF Asian Reconnaissance Fund and WF Asian Smaller Companies Fund Limited have disclosed a reduction in their stake in CMS Info Systems Limited. Prior to the transaction, their combined holding was 5,162,237 shares, representing 3.14% of the total share capital.

On September 30, 2025, the funds sold 304,475 shares through a secondary market transaction. This sale reduced their combined ownership to 4,857,762 shares, now constituting 2.95% of CMS Info Systems' total voting capital. The 0.19% divestment resulted in a 2.12% fluctuation from the last reported holding of 5.07%.

The disclosures were made to the Bombay Stock Exchange, in compliance with Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. The total paid-up equity capital of CMS Info Systems remains at 164,472,541.
