Sona BLW board to review Q2 and half-year financial results

Sona BLW Precision Forgings Limited announced its board of directors will convene on Monday, October 27, 2025. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year that concluded on September 30, 2025.

In accordance with regulatory requirements, the trading window for the company's directors, officers, and designated persons will be closed.
