Shilpa Medicare Limited announced a postal ballot dated October 7, 2025, for the reclassification of Mr. Suraj Kumar Inani and Ms. Priya Inani from the "Promoter Group" category to the "Public" category. This reclassification aligns with Regulation 31A of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, and has received No-Objection Certificates from both BSE and NSE dated September 26, 2025.

Mr. Suraj Kumar Inani, currently holding 7,841,390 equity shares (4.01% of total shareholding), and Ms. Priya Inani, holding 161,392 equity shares (0.08%), will undergo this change. Both individuals confirmed compliance with all specified conditions for reclassification, including not holding more than ten percent of total voting rights and not exercising control over the company.

The e-voting period for this postal ballot will run from Thursday, October 9, 2025, at 09:00 a.m. (IST) to Saturday, November 8, 2025, at 05:00 p.m. (IST). Results are expected on or before November 10, 2025. Shareholders will only be able to cast votes electronically.
