SG Finserve board to meet October 13 to approve results, eye fundraise

SG Finserve Limited announced its board of directors will convene on Monday, October 13, 2025. The agenda for the meeting includes the consideration and approval of the company's unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025.

Additionally, the board will discuss and potentially approve the raising of funds through the issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) via a private placement. In line with SEBI regulations, the trading window for dealing in the company's equity shares closed on October 1, 2025, and is set to reopen on October 16, 2025.
