S H Kelkar names Deepti Chandratre interim chief financial officer

S H Kelkar and Company Limited announced the appointment of Deepti Chandratre as the interim chief financial officer (CFO), effective October 7, 2025. This decision was made by the board of directors following a recommendation from the nomination and remuneration committee. Ms. Chandratre, who also serves as the global legal counsel and company secretary, will retain her status as a key managerial personnel and a part of the senior management personnel.

Ms. Chandratre will hold the interim CFO position until a new chief financial officer is appointed by the board. She is a commerce graduate, holds a law degree, and is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Her extensive experience spans over 19 years in legal and corporate secretarial functions, including mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructurings, with prior associations including Mahindra & Mahindra Limited.

The company confirmed that Ms. Chandratre is not related to any director of S H Kelkar and Company.
