Prestige Estates projects ESG rating upgraded by CRISIL

Prestige Estates Projects Limited announced today that CRISIL ESG Ratings & Analytics Limited, a SEBI registered ESG rating provider, has upgraded the company's ESG rating. The rating for FY 2023-24 improved from ‘Crisil ESG 51' (Adequate) to ‘Crisil ESG 54' (Adequate) for FY 2024-25. This upgrade reflects enhanced performance in environmental, social, and governance metrics.

In addition to the upgraded rating, Prestige Estates Projects holds a Crisil Core ESG rating of 70. The company noted that it did not engage CRISIL for this ESG rating, as CRISIL independently prepared the report based on publicly available data. This disclosure aligns with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
