PB Fintech board to review Q2 and H1 2025 results

PB Fintech Limited announced its board of directors will convene on Wednesday, October 29, 2025. The primary agenda for the meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025, along with the limited review report from the auditors.

In line with regulatory requirements, the trading window for dealing in the company's securities remains closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives. This closure, initially intimated on September 30, 2025, will continue until October 31, 2025.
