Parsvnath Developers completes “Unity One Elegante” shopping mall in Delhi

Parsvnath Developers Limited, through its JV Company with Unity Group, "Unity Parsvnaths LLP," has completed the development of "Unity One Elegante," a shopping mall in Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi. The company has secured the Occupancy-Cum-Completion Certificate from the Delhi Development Authority, indicating the mall will soon be open and operational.

The mall is built on 28,400 square meters of land and boasts a total leasable Super Built-up Area of 4,69,530 square feet, with most of the area already leased out. Positioned as a "Bridge to Luxury" mall, "Unity One Elegante" is directly connected to the Netaji Subhash Place Metro Station and Ring Road, aiming to be a central hub for shopping, dining, and entertainment with a focus on high-end brands and luxury fashion.

The development is expected to serve a high-income demographic in surrounding areas like Pitampura, Shalimar Bagh, and Ashok Vihar. It will host major retail and food and beverage brands, including PVR-Luxe, Lifestyle, H&M, McDonald's, and Starbucks, along with family entertainment centers like Funblock and Timezone.
