Omaxe subsidiary secures RERA approval for New Chandigarh project

Omaxe New Chandigarh Developers Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Omaxe Limited, announced it has received a RERA Registration Certificate for its "Gardenia Floors Phase 2" project. The registration, PBRERA-SAS80-PR1260, was granted by the Punjab Real Estate Regulatory Authority (Punjab RERA) on October 8, 2025.

This approval is valid until December 11, 2029, and allows the subsidiary to sell, transfer, or advertise the residential built-up project. The company stated that RERA registration certifies compliance with regulations, enhances credibility, ensures timely delivery, and fosters trust with buyers.

Omaxe anticipates that this regulatory milestone will strengthen its brand value and positively impact the company's consolidated financial performance. The project is situated in New Chandigarh, Punjab, and caters to both domestic and international markets.
