Mangalore Chemicals board approves composite scheme of arrangement

Mangalore Chemicals & Fertilizers Limited (MCF) announced on October 7, 2025, that its board of directors has taken on record the order from the National Company Law Tribunal, Bengaluru Bench. This order, dated September 24, 2025, sanctions a composite scheme of arrangement involving MCF, Paradeep Phosphates Limited, and their respective shareholders and creditors.

The scheme's effectiveness is contingent upon the company and the transferee company filing certified copies of the sanction orders from both the Bengaluru and Cuttack benches of the National Company Law Tribunal with the respective registrars of companies. This follows previous disclosures made by MCF under Regulation 30 of the LODR Regulations.
