KP Green Engineering: Promoters announce inter-se share transfer by gift

Mrs. Vahidabanu Faruk Patel, a promoter of KP Green Engineering Limited, has disclosed a proposed inter-se transfer of 330,000 equity shares (0.66% of total share capital) from Mr. Hassan Faruk Patel, also within the promoter group. The shares are being transferred as a gift.

This transaction is scheduled to be completed on or before October 15, 2025, and falls under the exemption provided by Regulation 10(1)(a)(i) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, for immediate relatives.

The transfer will not involve any cash consideration. Following the proposed transaction, the aggregate shareholding of the promoter and promoter group in KP Green Engineering Limited will remain unchanged.
