Jagsonpal Pharmaceuticals appoints Nirav Vora as new chief financial officer

Jagsonpal Pharmaceuticals Limited has appointed Nirav Niranjankumar Vora as its new chief financial officer and key managerial personnel, effective October 7, 2025. This decision followed recommendations from the nomination and remuneration committee and the audit committee, and was approved by the board of directors at their meeting.

Vora is a commerce graduate and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He brings over 18 years of experience in finance, taxation, and allied laws across various industries to his new role.

The company informed both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited of this appointment in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
