IRB Infrastructure reports 11% rise in September toll revenue

IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd and IRB Infrastructure Trust collectively reported a significant 11% year-on-year increase in toll revenue for September 2025. The combined toll revenue for both entities reached Rs.557Crs, up from Rs.502Crs in September 2024. This growth was achieved despite extended monsoon impacts and a temporary softening in goods movement following the GST reform implemented in late September.

Shri Amitabh Murarka, deputy chief executive officer of IRB Infrastructure Developers Limited, noted the resilience of the toll revenue. He anticipates sustained growth in the coming months, driven by the onset of the festive season and the expected surge in economic activities from the GST 2.0 implementation.

Among the top-performing projects, IRB MP Expressway Private Limited generated Rs.1,386Mn in September 2025, and IRB Ahmedabad Vadodara Super Express Tollway Private Limited reported Rs.675Mn. IRB Golconda Expressway Private Limited also showed strong performance with Rs.704Mn. The total gross toll collection across all subsidiaries and joint ventures for September 2025 stood at Rs.5,567Mn, compared to Rs.5,018Mn in September 2024.
