Intellect launches AI-first PF credit to transform lending

Intellect Design Arena Ltd announced the launch of PF Credit on October 7, 2025. This new suite of AI-first lending offerings aims to redefine loan management through intelligent, modular digital experts. PF Credit is available as a full-stack offering with Intellect's eMACH.ai Lending for end-to-end digital credit transformation and can also integrate with existing lending solutions.

The PF Credit suite includes five digital experts to address specific lending challenges. The loan origination digital expert accelerates onboarding by up to 10X, while the loan underwriting digital expert reduces Non-Performing Asset (NPA) risk by up to 30%. The loan customer service digital expert autonomously resolves over 80% of inquiries, and the loan operations management digital expert reduces operational costs by up to 30%.

Additionally, the loan collections digital expert boosts recovery rates by up to 20% and agent productivity by up to 25%. Rajesh Saxena, chief executive of Intellect Consumer Banking, emphasized that PF Credit aims to streamline the lending lifecycle, enhance decision-making, and improve operational efficiency for banks.
