Hatsun Agro Product receives "Crisil ESG 53" rating

Hatsun Agro Product Limited announced on October 7, 2025, that it has received a "Crisil ESG 53" rating from Crisil ESG Ratings & Analytics Limited ("CRISIL") for fiscal 2025. CRISIL, a SEBI registered Category-1 ESG Rating Provider, conducted a voluntary review of the company's ESG performance based on publicly disclosed information. The company further clarified that it did not engage CRISIL for the purpose of this ESG assessment. The rating was independently determined by CRISIL using publicly available information pertaining to Hatsun Agro Product Limited for fiscal 2025. This ensures an unbiased evaluation of the company's environmental, social, and governance practices.

C Subramaniam, company secretary and compliance officer, signed the intimation, urging both exchanges to take the information on record.
