Fedbank Financial Services board to review second quarter, half-year results

Fedbank Financial Services Limited (FEDFINA) has announced a Board of Directors meeting scheduled for Friday, October 17, 2025. The primary agenda includes the consideration and approval of the unaudited financial results under IND AS for the second quarter and half year ending September 30, 2025. This intimation is made pursuant to Regulations 29 and 50 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

In accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in company securities will remain closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives. This closure period extends from October 01, 2025, to October 19, 2025, inclusive of both days, lasting until 48 hours after the publication of the financial results.
