Eraaya Lifespaces' Ebix boosts Brazil's digital insurance market

Eraaya Lifespaces Limited announced on October 7, 2025, that its subsidiary, Ebix Latin America, has partnered with CNP Seguradora, Icatu Seguros, and Aruana Seguradora. These collaborations aim to accelerate digital transformation, enhance operational efficiency, and improve customer experience in Brazil's insurance sector.

CNP Seguradora will leverage Ebix's platform to expand digital insurance solutions. Icatu Seguros, a market leader in life and pension, will integrate with Ebix’s platform to enhance Group Life Insurance offerings. Aruana Seguradora will implement a broker service platform to boost efficiency in policy sales, including offerings like RCF-V, APP Insurance, Medical RCP, Life Insurance, Surety Bonds, and Rental Bonds.

Brazil's insurance market reported revenues exceeding R$ 600 bn in 2023, representing approximately 6% of the country's GDP, with the general insurance segment forecasted to grow at a CAGR of 7.3% through 2027. Ebix's Digital New Business Platform currently processes billions of reais annually, facilitating straight-through processing and multi-product configurability for insurers, brokers, and distribution partners.
