DCM Shriram relocates registered office to Haryana

DCM Shriram has completed the relocation of its registered office from the National Capital Territory of Delhi to the state of Haryana, effective October 6, 2025. This move follows earlier communications dated April 21, 2025, and September 4, 2025. The Registrar of Companies has issued a fresh Certificate of Incorporation, formalizing the new address.

Consequently, the company's Corporate Identity Number (CIN) has been updated to L74899HR1989PLC137147. The new registered office is located at Plot No. 82, Sector 32, Institutional Area, Gurugram –122001, Haryana, India. This update has been communicated to both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
