Century Plyboards receives "adequate" ESG rating from CRISIL

Century Plyboards (India) Limited announced on October 7, 2025, that CRISIL ESG Ratings & Analytics Ltd., a SEBI registered ESG Rating Provider, has voluntarily assigned an ESG rating of "CRISIL ESG 51" to the company. This rating is based on publicly disclosed information for the fiscal year 2025. According to CRISIL's definitions, a rating between 51-60 is considered "adequate."

The company clarified that it did not engage CRISIL for this ESG rating. Instead, CRISIL independently prepared the report using data available in the public domain. This disclosure adheres to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and related SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/P0D2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-2/CIR/P/2024/185 dated December 31, 2024.
