CAMS Group unveils ConsenPro for data privacy compliance

Think360.ai, a CAMS Group company, has launched ConsenPro, an advanced platform designed to facilitate compliance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act. Announced on October 7, 2025, ConsenPro is built to empower data fiduciaries, particularly within the BFSI sector, to manage consent, meet regulatory mandates, and enhance customer privacy. The platform’s scalable architecture also makes it suitable for other enterprises handling personal data.

ConsenPro offers features such as pre-equipped workflows for multilingual notices, consent capture, data retention schedules, and consent withdrawal management. It aims to shift control back to individuals by allowing them to manage personal data preferences and revoke permissions in real-time. The platform also includes real-time monitoring and reporting capabilities, dynamic dashboards, and a grievance resolution system to ensure audit readiness and compliance.

CAMS Limited, India's largest registrar and transfer agent of mutual funds, with an approximate 68% market share based on mutual fund average assets under management, acquired a majority stake in Think360.ai. This launch reinforces the CAMS Group's commitment to fostering secure digital finance and data ecosystems.
