Automobile Corporation of Goa board to review financial results

Automobile Corporation of Goa Limited (ACGL) has announced a board of directors meeting scheduled for Tuesday, October 14, 2025. The primary agenda includes the consideration and approval of the audited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025, along with the accompanying auditor reports. This intimation was made pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

In accordance with the ACGL Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the 'trading window' for designated persons closed on September 23, 2025. It will remain closed until 48 hours after the publication of the aforementioned audited financial results, ensuring compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
