AU Bank board to review Q2, H1 financial results

AU Small Finance Bank Limited announced that its board of directors will convene on Friday, October 17, 2025. The primary agenda for the meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. These results will be subject to a limited review by the joint statutory auditors.

In line with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for the bank’s securities is currently closed. This closure applies to designated persons and their immediate relatives, effective from Wednesday, October 1, 2025, and will remain in effect until Sunday, October 19, 2025. Consequently, these individuals are restricted from trading in the bank's securities during this period.
